  this is what i found in the transcript related to the date august 14 2015 (royal comision of australia):.

  20 a. no, an apostate is someone who actively goes against 21 what the bible teaches.. this is a half true.

  in today's wt study it makes the point that just glancing at the opposite sex is flirting and can lead to sex!.

  so are jw's now to wear blinkers?.

  drewcoul: That's a really good point. The elders have ONE RULE for child abuse: CALL LEGAL. Nothing about conscience. Call legal and do exactly what they tell you so the WTS doesn't get sued.

  i thought at the end, stewart made brilliant use of scripture (about establishing fornication or other sexually immoral practises) how, in such a clever way stewart used scripture to point out that some one could basically stake out someone's house to see if a person stayed over night be they homosexual or heterosexual............that on the basis of a sort of stakeout, the two witness rule was ambivalent yet it prevailed.

  due to sufficient suspicion.. and therefore why did this "suspicion" not prevail with child sexual abuse.

  back in the day elders used to stakeout. i think now they've been unofficially asked not to. i'm sure it still happens once in a while.
